We've bought and sold a few houses in our lives. Vicki *BY FAR* exceeded any expectations we had! We contacted her from out of state at first, and without even meeting us in person, she began searching for the right home for us. After driving up and meeting her she had all the homes printed off and ready to look at.No matter when we called her, she would always answer her phone, or text if she was in a meeting and let us know when she would be able to call back. Even with questions we had that didn't fall under the purview of the home inspection, the listing information or even her responsibility; she would always find the answers for us quickly and cheerfully. There was never a time we felt like we might be "bothering" her. What was truly a SURPRISE was all the assistance she gave us AFTER we finished all the buying process and had moved into our home. There were a few issues with the home, none of them would have been her realm of responsibility. But she dove in and helped us in so many ways that we will be forever grateful for!She even took calls and helped us with things when she was out of state on VACATION (and this was after we had moved into our home)! One of the issues took some time and effort on her part to get resolved.
